Acceptance and Change University (ACU) is a higher education institution based
in Hargeisa, dedicated to advancing education, mental health training, and
community development in Somalia and the Horn of Africa. The university was
founded to address critical gaps in locally available, high-quality academic
programs—particularly in psychotherapy, counseling, and related fields.
